Karnlea Rewards Terms & Conditions

  1. Programme Adjustments
    Karnlea reserves the right to modify the value of reward points and the methods for earning them at any time. Changes may be implemented as deemed necessary by Karnlea.

  2. Earning Points
    Buyers earn points on all orders, including those placed with discount codes or during on-site promotions. Delivery charges do not qualify for reward points.

  3. Trade Accounts 
    Trade accounts do not qualify for reward points.

  4. Referral Rewards
    To earn points through referrals, the referred Buyer must be new to the Karnlea website and making their first purchase at www.karnlea.com. Points will be allocated once the purchase is completed and remains unrefunded for at least seven (7) days.

  5. Birthday Rewards
    To receive birthday points, Buyers must provide complete and accurate details in their account settings.

  6. Opting Out
    Buyers who do not wish to participate in the Karnlea Rewards programme may request removal from the scheme by contacting info@karnlea.com

     

  7. Misuse Prevention
    Abuse of the rewards programme, including creating multiple accounts or submitting fake referrals, may result in account suspension, point removal, and exclusion from future customer benefit programmes.

  8. Direct Website Exclusivity
    Karnlea Rewards is available exclusively through www.karnlea.com. Points cannot be earned or redeemed through third-party retailers or online marketplaces.

  9. Order Cancellations & Refunds
    Points are awarded immediately after purchase. If an order is cancelled or refunded, all associated points will be deducted from the Buyer’s account.
